15 Textured Event Flyers for your Design Inspiration – Part I
Texture in flyers is the look and feel of the flyer. It is based mainly on the background image you use and its application. In printing an event flyer, texture can take the form of materials such as ribbon, metal, wood, lace, leather paper and sand paper. The texture stimulates two different senses; sight and touch (in printing event flyers).
In eflyer design, we use “simulated texture”. This means creating the visual effect of texture without actually adding texture. For instance, a texture created to look like snake skin.
The use of textures and patterns in eflyer design has come a long way in only a short amount of time. From cliche grunge and gaudy vintage textures, today’s Flyers use texture in a wide variety of ways to create a more immersive experience, define the personality of the event through its flyer design and create a more refined look and feel.
Here are 15 textured event flyers that have used texture in the design to simulate your visual and touch senses.
